Service Options
These aren't the only options, just general outlines of the most common service packages we offer with pricing so you can get an idea of how this might fit into your budget. We don't like the super mysterious "Contact Us Now For Pricing" junk, either.
But, due to the nature of the business, there's no real way to provide a Buy Now button. Everything's a little bit custom which, let's be honest, is better than just being a customer ID number.

Here's Your Stuff, We Installed the Things
Cameras, security systems, access control, networking, you name it and we'll install it. Then we'll show you how it works, brag about how cool it is for a few minutes, hand you the passwords, and head on out.
This option is labor-only. We don't markup equipment, which means you get it at-cost and are the warranty end user. You hold the reins. No service plans, just stuff: installed. With a formal estimate and quote, of course. We're not barbarians.
$80 per hour, plus equipment.

Maintenance and Repair
This one's a service contract. No reason to beat around the bush. The equipment is all at-cost, same as plan 1. You own it. For a monthly fee, we take care of the rest. Fuzzy camera? We replace it at no extra cost. Bad mainboard? We got it. Somebody did something felonious and you want the video of them doing that so the police investigation is a slam dunk? We'll handle it.
Starting At $250 per month with a 12 month contract, plus equipment.

Maintenance and Repair, Lite
Like above, but for pre-existing equipment. You have stuff already. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. The only equipment you're on the hook for is the at-cost on any necessary replacement equipment.
Unlike Option 2, video retrieval isn't automatically included. (Too many different systems out there.) We'll let you know if it's something we can work with or if it'll be extra.
Starting at $150 per month with 12 month contract, plus equipment (only if needed.)

Everything
You give us money, we do everything. We install it all, we own the equipment, we repair and maintain, we retrieve the video, edit the video, and deliver the video on request. Which makes it cost more for us, but that's why the price is a little higher on the monthly and the term is longer.
